Pressure sensors directly convert the measured pressure into various forms of electrical signals, making them well-suited for meeting the requirements of centralized detection and control in automated systems. Consequently, they are widely used in industrial production. Beyond direct pressure measurement, pressure sensors can also be employed for indirect measurement of other quantities, such as liquid or gas flow rate, velocity, water level, or altitude. The following are commonly used terms when selecting a pressure sensor: Standard pressure: The pressure expressed as atmospheric pressure is standard, and if it is greater than atmospheric, it is called positive pressure; If it is below atmospheric pressure, it is called negative pressure. Absolute pressure: The amount of pressure expressed in absolute vacuum. 3. Relative pressure: Comparing the amount of pressure of the object (standard pressure). 4. Air pressure: refers to atmospheric pressure. Standard atmospheric pressure (1 atm) is equivalent to the pressure of a mercury column at a height of 760 mm. Vacuum: refers to the state of pressure below atmospheric pressure.1 tor = 1 / 760 air pressure (atm).6. Detection pressure range: refers to the adaptive pressure range of the sensor. 7. Can withstand pressure: When the test pressure is restored, it can withstand the pressure without reducing its performance.8. Return accuracy: At a constant temperature (23 ° C), when the pressure increases or decreases, divide the output inversion pressure value by detecting the full range of pressure worth the pressure fluctuation value to the working point. 9、 Accuracy: At a certain temperature (23 ° C), when the zero pressure and the rated pressure are added, the value of the deviation from the specified value of the output current (4 mA, 20 mA) is removed with the full range value. FS is expressed in%. 10. Linear: The analog output changes linearly with the detection pressure, but deviates from the ideal line. The value that represents this deviation as a percentage of the full sequence value is called the linearity. 11. Lagging (linear): Draw an ideal straight line between the output current (or voltage) value using the zero voltage and the rated voltage, find the difference between the current (or the voltage) and the ideal current (or its value as the error), and then find the time error value of the pressure rise and fall. Hysteresis is the maximum absolute value of the difference above divided by the full-scale current (or voltage) value, expressed in% FS. 12, lag: output ON point pressure and OFF point pressure difference divided by the pressure of the full range value of the value of lag. Non-corrosive gas: refers to substances contained in air (nitrogen, carbon dioxide, etc.) and inert gases (argon, neon, etc.).
